Nigel Sellens

Nigel Sellens has extensive work experience in the legal industry, specializing in conveyancing. Nigel is currently the Head of Compliance - Conveyancing at Deep Blue Company since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Conveyancing Specialist at Galilee Solicitors and thelawstore.com.au from May 2021 to January 2022. Nigel also served as a Certified Practising Conveyancer at Cantle Carmichael Legal from July 2019 to May 2021. Nigel's career in conveyancing started at Baker Love Lawyers, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from April 1993 to December 2000. Nigel later held roles such as Licensed Conveyancer at Cantle Carmichael Lawyers and Conveyancing Manager at Crighton Properties Pty Limited. Nigel's diverse experience also includes being a Global Moderator for Enya's official online community from an unspecified date to March 2019.

Nigel Sellens began their education at Passmores College of Business in 1993, where they obtained a diploma in Office Procedures and a diploma in Tourism & Hospitality. In 2000, they continued their education at Macquarie University, specializing in Conveyancing Law & Practice with a focus on Property Law. Nigel completed their degree in 2004 and became a licensed conveyancer through the NSW Office of Fair Trading. Additionally, in the same year, they earned the certification of Justice of the Peace from the NSW Department of Attorney General & Justice. Most recently, in July 2018, Nigel obtained the certification of PEXA Endorsed Trainer from Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA).
