Co-Founder at Deep End Fitness

Prime Hall is a co-founder of Deep End Fitness, a program used by professional athletes and business executives to enhance their performance. In 2017, they also co-founded the Underwater Torpedo League, aiming to become a major spectator and Olympic sport by 2028. Prime Hall served as a Sports Innovator for San Diego Sport Innovators from 2018 to 2023. Prime was the Executive Director of the Marine Raider Challenge, a charitable organization supporting Marines and their families, from 2017 to 2020. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Prime Hall had a notable career in the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC), serving as a Marine Special Operations Operations Chief and Lead Combat Advisor to Afghan Local Police.

The Deep End Fitness (DEF) Program is designed for all levels of athletes, corporate leaders, and high performing individuals to develop mental focus, help manage stress, strengthen water confidence, and build efficient breathing techniques through enhancing water and life confidence. While Deep End Fitness builds the physical aspects through low impact training of strength, muscle endurance, speed, CO2 tolerance, VO2 max, and lung capacity in and out of the water, our program also focuses strongly on the mental aspect of training through the operating system of (FREE): mental Focus, on-demand Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing.
