Filipe Pacheco Souza

Filipe Pacheco Souza is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Technology at DEEP ESG since April 2024 and as Founder of My Fit Buddy since March 2024. Previously, Filipe held the position of Engineering Manager at FARFETCH from June 2019 to March 2024, where key achievements included the recruitment and structuring of development teams for payments and shipping, as well as enhancing development processes and quality practices. Filipe also functioned as a Service Lead and Agile Coach within FARFETCH, focusing on efficiency and agile methodologies in Brazil. Prior experience includes Team Lead and Agile Coach roles at Stefanini Brasil and Project Leader and System Analyst/Developer at FOURSYS. Filipe holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Technology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
