Lum Seng Goh

Head of Client Success (Commercial) at Deep Identity

Lum Seng Goh has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. Lum Seng began their career in 1994 as Manager, Product Solutions at BCS Information Systems. In this role, they were a Subject Matter Expert for Financial Services initiatives for Cheques clearing, RTGS, Giro, Cash Management (lockbox), and supported Sales and Delivery in ASEAN regions Central Banks, Clearing House, and Banks. Lum Seng was also Manager, Products Support and Technology, where they were responsible for clients' SLA management and close coordination with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, they were Project Manager and led in the implementation of Singapore Cheque Truncation System development. In 2010, Goh joined Unisys as Senior Manager, Delivery, where they led the Financial services team in Singapore in projects implementation, post support and, in close coordination with Senior Engagement Partner, APAC Application Services Director and Clients. Lum Seng also collaborated with the APAC Enterprise Architect and Client Executive to identify and execute innovation business solutions in the Asia South region for Banking initiatives to existing clients and new logos. In 2020, Goh joined Deep Identity Pte Ltd as Head of Client Success (Commercial) and Director, Delivery Services.

Lum Seng Goh received a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Commercial Computing from the University of Southern Queensland in 1993. Lum Seng has also obtained three additional certifications: a Data Analytics Bootcamp from the Vertical Institute in March 2022, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in December 2021, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
