Emil Ibrishimov

Emil Ibrishimov currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at Gem, starting in March 2021, and also holds advisory roles at Deep Infra Inc. and Catio since November 2023 and February 2023, respectively. Previously, Emil led Production & Platform Security, as well as Sharing, Identity, and Filesystem teams as Director of Engineering at Dropbox from August 2012 to March 2021. Emil co-founded Devlings.dev from October 2010 to July 2012 and completed software engineer internships at Everbread Limited, Google, and Facebook in 2010 and 2009. Emil began a career in software engineering at Musala Soft from October 2007 to August 2008. Emil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Caltech, awarded in 2012.
