David Shandalov

David Shandalov is an experienced cybersecurity professional specializing in threat research and malware analysis. Currently serving as a Threat Researcher at Deep Instinct since October 2022, David previously worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Malware Analyst from November 2021 to October 2022. David's foundational experience includes an embedded software development role at Unit 8200 in the Israeli Intelligence Corps from June 2016 to February 2019. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, obtained between 2018 and 2022, and a technician degree in Electronics from אורט סינגלובסקי, completed in 2016.
