Andrew Preston

CFO at Deep North

Andrew Preston is the CFO of Deep North. Prior to Deep North, he has been the CEO/President and/or COO/CFO of two public companies and six private tier-one venture backed companies where he managed the sale of four companies to large public companies and has raised over $90 million of equity and debt. Prior to joining Deep North as its CFO, Mr. Preston was the CFO at VantIQ, a SaaS based application development and PaaS platform focused on high frequency, real-time events/transactions. He also held roles at Mythic-ai, an analog semiconductor video image processing startup, ClearBit, a SaaS marketing intelligence company, Dokkio, a customer facing collaboration SaaS company and Ink Labs, a kiosk and cloud based print solution for colleges and universities. In addition, Mr. Preston was the Founding CEO of Minute Key, which manufactures and operates stand-alone self-service kiosks that duplicate home and office keys and was the COO/CFO of DVD Play, a DVD rental kiosk company sold to RedBox/Coinstar, Andrew graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a degree in Business and Economics and a MBA from Stanford University.
