David Lebaron

David Lebaron is currently an advisor at Deep North. Prior to that, they worked as a senior business analyst at JPMorgan Chase from October 2010 to January 2014. Their responsibilities there included gathering information from sales, middle office and operations, analyzing data, and writing user story narratives for the new Escrow Strategic Platform. David also served as a Subject Matter Expert for Escrow Technology on several modules of both the old and new platforms.

In their role at JPMorgan Chase, David was responsible for creating Business Requirement and Functional Requirement documentation (including use cases) for multiple software development and compliancy (waterfall) projects for DealTRAK, an in-house developed application that enables middle office to manage JPMC’s corporate escrow business. David also assisted with the creation of project charters, and gap and impact analysis documentation. In addition, David created process diagrams (in MS Visio) for “as is” (i.e. current) and “to be” (i.e. future) functional processes. David also created the traceability matrix template used by the Escrow Technology team for all future projects.

David entered functional requirements into HP Quality Center to serve as base for QA test cases. Prior to the start of the testing phase, they worked with QA Lead to finalize test strategy and test plan documents. David reviewed and approved QA test cases, wrote UAT test scripts, and coordinated U
