David also assisted with the creation of project charters, and gap and impact analysis documentation. In addition, David created process diagrams (in MS Visio) for “as is” (i.e. current) and “to be” (i.e. future) functional processes. David also created the traceability matrix template used by the Escrow Technology team for all future projects.
