Hege Jarstø

Hege Jarstø has a diverse work experience spanning several industries, with a focus on human resources and leadership development. Hege is currently the Global Human Resources Director at DeepOcean, where they oversee and strategically manages all HR functions. Previously, they worked at Aker BP ASA as an HR advisor and manager, where they spearheaded leadership development programs and managed the establishment of the Aker BP Academy. Hege also worked as an Advisor at Norsk olje og gass, establishing a Branch program for the oil and gas industry. Prior to that, they held HR roles at Det norske oljeselskap ASA and Marathon Oil Corporation, where they established leadership development programs and ensured competence assurance for offshore personnel. Hege started their career at Acergy as an HR advisor, providing support to offshore offices and participating in union negotiations.
