Rob Sterrenberg

Vice President Network Sales at Deep South Communications

Rob Sterrenberg has over 28 years of experience in sales and product management. Rob began their career in 1991 with General Telephone Company (GTE) as the Director of Data Communication Sales, where they were responsible for creating and managing the CLEC Data Communication Sales Organization in North America. In this role, they also managed the ISDN and IP/packet network product lines, and was a member of the US Federal Commerce Department's Committee on Network Architecture. In 2000, they moved to Verizon Enterprise Solutions as the Director Global/National Sales, where they managed the sales team selling to the Global/National Accounts in the former General Telephone (GTE) states. In 2003, they joined Verilink as the Director of Sales. In 2009, they began working at Telamon as the Director of Sales, responsible for VAR channel sales selling network solutions to service providers and large enterprise customers in the US. In 2019, they joined Deep South Communications as the Vice President Network Sales.

Rob Sterrenberg obtained an Executive MBA in Management and International Business from the University of South Florida between 1990 and 1992.
