Charlie Hanley

Charlie Hanley is the Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Deep Water Point. Charlie has over 25 years of experience in leadership and operations, with a focus on transitional and high growth situations.

Hanley started their career at Project Performance Corporation in 2008, where they quickly rose to the position of President and CEO. Charlie was responsible for leading the company through its acquisition by the AEA Group, and for transitioning it into a successful publicly-traded company. Under Hanley's leadership, the company achieved EBIT/NOP above industry average at 10%+, and delivered top-line and bottom-line growth each year.

In 2012, Hanley left Project Performance Corporation to join Deep Water Point. In their current role, they are responsible for the company's growth strategy and execution. Charlie has continued to build on their success, delivering quality services and creative solutions that have resulted in satisfied clients and strong profitability.

Charlie Hanley has a BA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and Georgetown Preparatory School.
