Karyn Hayes-Ryan

Karyn Hayes-Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Intelligence, Defense, and Aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates since October 2017, Karyn focuses on acquisition and engineering support to enhance clients' market share within the Intelligence Community and the US Department of Defense. Karyn is also the CEO and Founder of KHR Impacts, providing strategic consulting services. Previous roles include Director and US Strategy Advisor at Kleos Space, Component Acquisition Executive at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the National Reconnaissance Office. Karyn holds a Master’s in Engineering from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Penn State University. Additionally, Karyn has contributed to industry boards, including Project Geospatial and Women In Technology.
