Max Everett

Max Everett possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT compliance, holding the position of Vice President of Cybersecurity & IT Compliance at Shaw Industries. Previously, Max served as Principal at Deep Water Point and co-founded CounterMeasure Solutions, LLC, where Max was the Managing Principal. Additionally, Max was the Chief Executive Officer of Adnovem Consulting Group and held the role of Vice President and CIO for the Committee on Arrangements for the 2020 Republican National Convention. Max earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
