Michael Kingsley

Michael Kingsley, Maj Gen USAF (ret), currently serves as Principal at Deep Water Point since October 2020 and is the Owner of Kingsley Consulting, LLC since February 2019. Kingsley's previous experience includes key leadership roles such as Vice President at IOMAX USA, Chief of Staff at USAFRICOM, and Director of the NATO Afghan Transformation Task Force. Additionally, Kingsley held significant positions in the Air Force, including Vice Commander of Air Force Special Operations Command and Deputy Director for Studies, Analysis and Lessons Learned. With a Master's degree in International Relations from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cal State University - Sacramento, Kingsley has extensive experience in managing complex organizations and operations across multiple sectors and commands.
