Thrasyvoulos Karydis is the Co-Founder and CTO at DeepCure. Thrasyvoulos was previously a research assistant at MIT Center for Bits and Atoms and MIT Media Lab. Thrasyvoulos has also worked as an intern at Telecom ParisTech and as a network admin at CowboyTv. In 2012, they organized and coordinated the Games Expo 2012.

Thrasyvoulos Karydis has a Master of Science in Media Arts and Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, and a High School Diploma in Technology from 3rd High School of Corfu. Thrasyvoulos is also certified by the IEEE Computer Society in IEEEXtreme 6.0 Participation, by IEEE in IEEEXtreme 5.0 Participation, by Microsoft and Microsoft Hellas in Imagine Cup 2010 Participation, by Scouts of Greece in Scout of the Nation (Eagle Scout), by E.U.S.O.
