Olga Likhachevskaya

Olga Likhachevskaya has extensive work experience as an ophthalmologist, primarily in various medical centers and hospitals. Olga started their career in 1990 at University Child Polyclinic N17, where they worked as an ophthalmologist until 1993. Olga then moved on to Minsk University Hospital N3, where they held the role of ophthalmologist from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they joined Republican Clinical Medical Center and served as an ophthalmologist from 1997 to 2006. Olga then transitioned to University Hospital N3, where they continued working as an ophthalmologist from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Republican Clinical Medical Center once again and held the position of ophthalmologist until 2018. In 2017, Olga ventured into entrepreneurship and became the COO and co-founder of DeepDee B.V., a position they still hold. In the same year, they also took on the role of COO in the company.Overall, Olga Likhachevskaya has a wealth of experience in the field of ophthalmology, spanning over multiple medical centers and hospitals, with additional expertise in the areas of leadership and entrepreneurship.

Olga Likhachevskaya started their education at the Minsk State Medical Institute in 1983, where they studied pediatrics. Following that, they attended the Minsk Medical Institute from 1989 to 1990 for a postgraduate education program in Ophthalmology Internship. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they pursued a postgraduate education in the Ophthalmology Residency Program at the same institute. In 2015, Olga enrolled in the STATE EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT "BELARUSIAN MEDICAL ACADEMY OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION" to further their knowledge in Ophthalmology through a postgraduate education program, which they completed in 2020.
