Johannes Wolters

Johannes Wolters has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Johannes most recently worked at Deepdesk as a Senior Product Owner and Product Manager since January 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Owner at Lift - Digital Recruitment, where they played a key role in early-stage product development. Lift was later acquired by Sapienza & TP Group. Johannes' responsibilities at Lift included market research, customer interviewing, prototyping, MVP development, and leading the development of an AI recommendation engine. Johannes also launched an iOS app and led the development of custom web apps. Throughout their tenure, Johannes successfully attracted various high-profile clients and executed numerous social campaigns.

Before their time at Lift, Johannes worked as a Digital Platform Consultant at Sound and as a Founder at Blogboek. At Sound, they provided consultation on digital platforms, while at Blogboek, they co-founded a communications platform focused on assisting teams working with special needs children.

Johannes also has experience in the banking industry, having worked at WestlandUtrecht Bank and ING Nederland. At WestlandUtrecht Bank, they served as a Middle Office Specialist and Product Owner, where they digitalized the intermediary administration and managed user acceptance tests. At ING Nederland, Johannes supported the management of a department with various responsibilities including budget management, staff planning, IT projects, and departmental reorganizations.

Throughout their career, Johannes demonstrated strong leadership skills, a knack for innovation, and the ability to successfully deliver projects.

Johannes Wolters attended the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Mediatechologie. Following this, they pursued a degree in Cognitieve Kunstmatige Intelligentie at Utrecht University from 2003 to 2005.
