Lindsey Gage

Lindsey Gage, MA, LCMHC, NCC, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor currently working at Deeper Roots Therapy, specializing in treating teen girls and young adult women facing eating disorders, body image issues, and mental health challenges. With experience as a clinical mental health counselor at Child & Family Development and as a Graduate Psychotherapy Intern at Atrium Health, Lindsey has a comprehensive background in both individual and family therapy, as well as a commitment to trauma-informed care and a health-at-every-size approach. Lindsey has also held roles that include Family Resource Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician, providing personalized support to clients and their families affected by developmental delays. Educationally, Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from High Point University, complemented by various ancillary experiences in research and administrative roles.
