Dr Luke Treglown

Dr. Luke Treglown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, AI, and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Director of AI and Assessment R&D at Deeper Signals since September 2025, Treglown previously held multiple leadership roles at Thomas, including Director of AI and Head of Innovation Labs, where a groundbreaking AI strategy was implemented to achieve industry disruption. Treglown's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Manager of Data Science and Principal Data Psychologist, blending psychological theory with data science to innovate and solve complex business challenges. Earlier experience includes leading a consultancy team as an Organizational Psychologist at JTiP and research roles at UCL. Treglown holds a Ph.D. in the Psychology of Employee Disenchantment from UCL and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath.
