Ralphie English is currently the VP of Customer Success at Deepgram and also holds the position of Head of Customer Success at RevRoom. They have previous experience as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software and as a Vice President of Customer Success at Deep 6 AI. Prior to that, Ralphie worked as the Director of Global Customer Success at TeleSign, a Senior Technical Account Manager at OpenX, a Technical Account Manager at Logics Solutions, LLC, and an Implementation Engineer at NC Department of Revenue. They hold a Master's Degree in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from National University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems/Computer Security from Strayer University.
