Neil Haycock

Neil Haycock is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Currently serving as a Corporate Finance Consultant at DeepSea Technologies since March 2025, Neil previously held the position of Interim CFO at Rovco, where significant fundraising efforts resulted in a £31 million Convertible Loan Note and preparation for a Series C round. Other notable roles include Finance at OakNorth Credit Intelligence and CFO and Executive Director at Adarga Limited, a leader in artificial intelligence software for various sectors, from September 2018 to December 2022. Prior to these positions, Neil was the Managing Director and Head of UK Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Broking at BMO Capital Markets, specializing in investment banking and equity capital. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham and an MA in International Business & Finance from the University of Reading.
