Stavros Tranidis

Stavros Tranidis has solid work experience in the fields of machine learning engineering and quality assurance. Stavros started their career as a QA Engineer at Schoox, Inc. in 2018, where they implemented automated tests and provided guidance on product functionality. In 2020, they joined the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) as a Research Assistant and Machine Learning Engineer. During their time there, they developed machine learning algorithms and software solutions for augmented reality/virtual reality projects. Stavros'sresponsibilities included software development, research on AR/VR technologies, project coordination, testing and debugging, and technical documentation. Stavros recently started working at DeepSea Technologies as a Machine Learning Engineer in 2022.

Stavros Tranidis has a strong educational background in the fields of Digital Media - Computational Intelligence and Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Stavros obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Digital Media - Computational Intelligence from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from Democritus University of Thrace - (D.U.Th.) between 2010 and 2016.

In addition to their academic degrees, Stavros Tranidis has also obtained a certification in C++ from TestDome in June 2020.
