Joel Holland is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in cybersecurity and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at DeepSeas since March 2013, Joel combines a decade of expertise from Security On Demand to develop and enhance security solutions. Previously, Joel held the role of Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations at Security On Demand, overseeing security operations and product development. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Emerging Information Systems, where Joel revamped the information security program for financial services clients, and roles in operations and engineering at Financial Profiles, Inc. and StyleLogic. Joel's career began as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Naval Nuclear Power School and further studies at the Goldratt Institute and Georgia Southern University.
