Adam Kurpisz

Adam Kurpisz has a diverse work experience in academia and entrepreneurship. Adam is currently a Professor for Operations Research in Tenure-Track at Berner Fachhochschule BFH. Prior to this role, they served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Deeptale.ai, a startup company. Adam also worked as the Head of Ambizione Junior Research Group at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich. Before entering the industry, they co-founded Silencions, a company in an undisclosed field. Adam's academic trajectory includes being a Postdoctoral Researcher at IDSIA and Sorbonne University, as well as a Researcher at Max Planck Institute for Informatics. Adam'sexpertise lies in operations research and artificial intelligence.

Adam Kurpisz completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. From 2004 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from 2006 to 2011. Lastly, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from 2009 to 2014.
