Mel Wesley

Mel Wesley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mel most recently worked at Deepwatch as the Chief Financial Officer starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at COFENSE from February 2017 to February 2023. Mel also served as the Chief Financial Officer at PhishMe, Inc. from February 2017 to February 2018 before it was acquired by COFENSE. Before that, they held executive positions at comScore, Inc. and FireEye, Inc., where they served as Chief Financial Officer. Mel was also the Chief Financial Officer at Mandiant before its acquisition by FireEye. Earlier in their career, they held financial roles at OPNET Technologies, SteelCloud, and Learning Tree International.

Mel Wesley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University from 1990 to 1993. Later, Wesley pursued further education at George Mason University's School of Business, earning an MBA with a concentration in Finance from 1998 to 2000.
