Scott Haselwood

Scott Haselwood, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Deer Creek Public Schools, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Scott was the Executive Director of Technology at Mid-Del Schools from April 2020 to September 2022, and the Senior Educational Technologist at Oklahoma City University from December 2018 to April 2020. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Instructional Technology at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, as well as holding adjunct and assistant teaching positions at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University respectively. Scott began a teaching career as a Math Teacher at Edmond Memorial High School, where a focus on instructional technology in various math courses was emphasized. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s degree in Education from Graceland University, and a Bachelor's degree in History Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
