Steve Gooderson

Steve Gooderson has over 25 years of experience in sales management, primarily in the building materials and paint industries. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager at Owens Corning since June 2012, Steve is accountable for sales, account management, and P&L management in the Building Materials Division for large distribution customers and national accounts in the Ohio Valley Region. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Sherwin Williams, including Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team that generated over $100 million in annual sales, and Account Executive, managing a territory with 130 stores and 60 sales representatives. Earlier experience includes branch and market management roles at The Sherwin Williams Company and a position as Director of Operations at the National Association of Sales Professionals. Steve holds a BA in Business Administration from Thomas More University.
