Danielle Rosato

Danielle Rosato is Corporate Counsel on the Legal team at Deerfield and joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Rosato was a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Finance Department of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where she practiced for seven years. At Arnold & Porter Ms. Rosato specialized in mergers and acquisitions as well as life sciences transactions. Ms. Rosato holds a B.A. from Boston College (Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
