Saroj Neupane

Saroj Neupane has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Engineering at Deerhold Ltd., starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director at Webtech Nepal from December 2021 to January 2023.

Before their director roles, Saroj worked at Deerwalk Inc. as a Solution Architect from September 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Deerwalk Inc. from June 2017 to September 2019, where they were responsible for handling immediate client issues and managing the engineering team.

Saroj's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Deerwalk Services from November 2015 to June 2017, and as an Engineering Manager at Deerwalk Inc. from November 2010 to November 2015. In these roles, they focused on coding and processing large amounts of data using Hadoop.

Before joining Deerwalk, Saroj worked as a Project Manager at Webtechnepal from April 2008 to October 2010, where they specialized in website design and development using PHP and MySQL. Saroj also started their career as a Software Programmer at Hitech Valley Private Limited from January 2006 to April 2008.

Throughout their career, Saroj has demonstrated their expertise in engineering management, solution architecture, and website development, and has consistently shown their ability to work effectively in various technical roles.

Saroj Neupane pursued an MBA degree in Business from Apex College Kathmandu from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kathmandu University, from 2002 to 2006.
