Barbara Rajchel

Barbara Rajchel currently serves as the Director at Deerpath Capital since January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in loan syndications, underwritings, and distressed asset management. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Executive Director in Loan Syndications at CIBC from May 2019 to January 2024, focusing on the assessment and negotiation of investment opportunities. Barbara's career includes pivotal roles at Big Shoulders Capital, JPMorgan Chase, Northern Trust, and Bank of America, where expertise in managing large asset-based portfolios and executing complex restructuring transactions was demonstrated. Barbara earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from DePaul University.
