Alexa Blain

Alexa Blain is currently the Director at UBC Investment Management and the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Deetken Impact. Alexa has a diverse background in finance and investment, with previous experience as a Director at Central City Foundation, General Manager at African Alliance, Associate Portfolio Manager at CPP Investment Board, and Associate at Macquarie North America. Alexa holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute and a Chartered Business Valuator designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Alexa also has a Master of Financial Economics from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College.
