Polyana Ferrari

Polyana Ferrari has a diverse work experience in communications and public relations. Polyana recently joined Deezer as the Social Media and Influence Director. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Communications at Deezer, where they were responsible for PR, social media, and building relationships with stakeholders in Brazil. Polyana also served as the Communications & PR Manager at Rocket.Chat, focusing on various regions including the USA, DACH, Brazil, Latam, and Japan. Before that, they worked as the Public Relations Manager for Brazil at Deezer, developing and executing PR and digital influencers strategies. Polyana also worked as a Communication contractor exclusively for Airbnb during the Olympic Rio 2016 period. Polyana began their career at communication agencies such as NR-7 Comunicação, A4 Comunicação, Genesis Burson Marsteller, and Ketchum, where they held various roles and gained experience in brand building, communication planning, marketing, and coordination of media activities.

Polyana Ferrari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo between 2003 and 2006.
