David R. has extensive experience in cybersecurity and incident response, currently serving as a Senior Incident Response Consultant at Cisco Talos Intelligence Group since March 2021. David is also involved with DEF CON as a Goon in the Demo Labs, co-founder of DC539, and a volunteer at the Blue Team Village. Prior roles include Cyber Incident Response Manager and Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Helmerich & Payne, and Lead Network Security Engineer for USPS at HP Enterprise Services. David's career began in the late 1990s with positions at Sabre and EDS, focusing on network security and incident analysis. David holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a focus on Information Assurance and Security from Oklahoma State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
