Tony DeFazio

Tony DeFazio is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in media relations and communications. As the Principal and Founder of Sustainable PR in Glens Falls, NY, since October 2020, Tony has focused on promoting green, sustainable companies. Additionally, as Head of Communications and an Advisory Board Committee Member for the Sustainability Committee of Glens Falls, Tony provides strategic guidance to support local sustainability initiatives. Tony also leads DeFazio Communications, LLC, specializing in earned media strategies. Previously, Tony served as Senior Vice President of Public Relations at DDCworks, Director of Public Relations for American Financial Realty Trust, and Executive Vice President at Gregory FCA Communications, where significant reputational growth and business development were achieved. Tony holds a BA in Political Science/Communications from Ithaca College and has a foundational education from Lock Haven University and Radnor Senior High School.
