Anthony Morgan

Anthony Morgan has extensive experience in compliance roles within the banking industry. Anthony is currently the Head of Compliance at Defence Bank, where they oversee compliance monitoring, incident reporting, and regulatory liaison. Prior to this, they worked at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as a Manager Regulatory Compliance, where they provided compliance advice and prepared materials for risk reports and presentations. Anthony has also held compliance positions at Defence Bank, National Australia Bank, and ANZ, focusing on areas such as AML and sanctions compliance.

Anthony Morgan completed their education at RMIT University, where they obtained a Master of Finance degree from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Deakin University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Commerce degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Anthony has obtained two certifications: Senior Associate from Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia) in November 2015, and CAMS Certified from ACAMS in December 2013.
