Joe Palermo

Joe Palermo is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in property management and information technology. As the Owner and Property Manager of Palview Properties Inc since August 2011, Joe specializes in providing quality residential rental housing in the Ottawa area while engaging in real estate investing. Concurrently, Joe has served as a Technical Specialist in IT at Defence Construction Canada since June 2009, delivering senior technical support to over 800 employees and managing network administration with a focus on security and data integrity. Prior experience as IT Manager at Volex from September 1995 to October 2008 involved global network support and training. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology from Carleton University and a Computer Systems Technician diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
