John Oulton

John Oulton is an experienced professional in real property management and electronic systems design. Since February 2014, John has served as Team Leader at Defence Construction Canada, overseeing a team of CAD, BIM, and GIS specialists to deliver technical services to the Department of National Defence. Prior roles include Technical Specialist focused on project technology and BIM support, and Architectural Technologist managing construction documentation and project coordination at Schoeler & Heaton Architect Inc. John is also a member of the Algonquin College Architecture Program Advisory Committee, contributing to program development since January 2016. With a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Carleton University and multiple technical certifications, John possesses diverse skills across architecture, project management, and electronic systems.
