Tara Thornton

Tara Thornton is an experienced professional with a strong background in project coordination and contract management. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Professional Service Contracts at Defence Construction Canada since May 2021, Tara has previously held project coordination roles at Marid Industries Limited and Pomerleau Inc. Tara's career began as a CAD Technician at Lindsay Construction. In terms of education, Tara is pursuing a Bachelor of Emergency Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Cape Breton University and has completed studies in Architecture Engineering Technology at Nova Scotia Community College.
