Jo Osburn-Hughes

Jo Osburn-Hughes is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Land Domain at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) since May 2011. With a strong background in strategic leadership and change management, Jo has been instrumental in enhancing business operations within the organization. Prior to this role, Jo held several key positions at the UK Ministry of Defence from January 2008 to May 2011, including Head of Maritime Combat Systems and Transformation Programme Leader. Jo holds an Msc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick - WMG.
