Matthew Hales

Matthew Hales has extensive experience in supply chain management within the defence sector, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management for the Merlin Delivery Team at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) since July 2013. Previous roles at DE&S include Chief Through Life Support for Soldier, Training & Special Projects, Senior Supply Chain Manager for the Vehicle Support Team, Supply Chain Policy Manager for Materiel Accounting Policy, and Supply Chain Manager for Maritime Combat Systems. Prior to their tenure at DE&S, Matthew worked as a CCTV Operator at VRC Monitoring Solutions Ltd from May 2012 to July 2013 and as a Retail Assistant at Morrisons from February 2011 to April 2012.
