Rachael Harper

Rachael Harper is an experienced People & Culture Coach and Talent Acquisition Partner at Lion, where since April 2014, Rachael has contributed significantly to the Trans-Tasman Talent team, particularly in hiring for Sales and Marketing functions across New Zealand and Australia. Prior to this role, Rachael served at Air New Zealand from August 2008 to April 2014 as an HR Consultant for the Sales sector, working closely with various portfolios. Rachael began the professional journey at ACC as a Claims Manager and Claims Officer. Academically, Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago and a Graduate Diploma in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour from Auckland University of Technology.
