Samantha Walker BA(Hons) MCMI currently serves as the Head of the Complex Weapons Portfolio Management Office and previously held the position of Project Controls Manager for Directed Energy Weapons at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha accumulated extensive experience at the UK Ministry of Defence from July 2009 to April 2022, including positions as Head of the Portfolio Management Office and Chief of Staff for Trials Evaluation Services and Targets, as well as Head of Performance in the Chief of Materiel (Land) HQ. Additionally, Samantha was involved as Senior Professional Staff focusing on Business Agreements and Efficiencies in the Weapons Operating Centre. Educationally, Samantha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of the West of England from 2000 to 2007.
