Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S)
Will Richardson has extensive experience in cyber security and information assurance, currently serving as Cyber Operations Lead at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) since March 2014, where leadership encompasses a wide range of activities within the MOD and the Defence Industry. Previously, Will held the position of Information Technology Security Officer, focusing on the MOD's largest civilian establishment and ensuring compliance with JSP440 and other policies. Prior to DE&S, Will gained diverse experience as a Barman at Mitchells & Butlers, a Client Manager at Globster Limited, and an Administrative Assistant at SEO Europe. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in War and Society from Swansea University, completed in 2012.
