Eline Martinsen

Eline Martinsen's work experience includes various roles in human resources, teaching, administration, and retail store management. Eline is currently the Chief People Officer at Defence Housing Australia, where they previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and an HR Business Partner. Prior to this, they worked at The Australian National University, holding positions such as Deputy HR Manager, Deputy Manager of Divisional HR Services, Organisational Change Consultant, and HR Specialist and Team Leader. Eline also worked as a teacher and tutor at Canberra Institute of Technology and as a Studio Administrator at 2K. Early in their career, they gained experience in retail store management.

Eline Martinsen holds a Master's degree in Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the University of Canberra from 2012 to 2014. Eline also holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Canberra Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Eline has certifications in Training and Assessment (Cert IV) from the Canberra Institute of Technology and as a Certified Practitioner in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
