Adrian Taylor is a seasoned Defence Scientist with over 23 years of experience in the field. Currently at DRDC since July 2008, Adrian specializes in cyber defence, automotive intrusion detection, machine learning, and modelling and simulation. Previously, Adrian held the role of Embedded Software Developer at AMD for less than a year, focusing on embedded Linux software development. Before that, Adrian worked at DRDC from May 2000 to October 2007, concentrating on signal processing and wireless communications. Adrian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa (2009-2017), a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University (2000-2005), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Math and Engineering (Electrical) from Queen's University (1995-2000).
