Fraser Moffatt is a Defence Scientist at Defence Research and Development Canada, where responsibilities include leading and managing community safety-oriented science and technology projects. Moffatt has developed and led the Personnel Terrain Analysis capability to address military personnel recruitment and support challenges for the Canadian Armed Forces. Additionally, Moffatt serves as a Committee Member on the Information and Communications Technology Committee within the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police. Previous experience includes analytic and advisory roles with ISAF, senior advising at the Canada Border Services Agency, and resource analysis at the Ottawa Police Service. Moffatt holds a Master's degree from Carleton University and has a background in consulting across various organizations.
