Josee Witherow

Josee Witherow is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in advisory roles, program management, and systems integration. Since January 2021, Witherow has held the position of Project Manager at Defence Research and Development Canada. Prior roles include Associate at MNP, focusing on risk management and data privacy, and Associate at A Hundred Answers, with similar responsibilities. From 2002 to 2011, Witherow worked as a Career Manager at the Department of National Defence, specializing in human resources and strategic planning. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager for the Chinook Procurement Project and Project Manager for the Maritime Helicopter, both involving procurement and program management. Witherow's educational background includes a BSc in Earth Observational Science and Computer Science and an MA in Defence Management and Policy from the Royal Military College of Canada.
