Luke Hacquebard is an experienced Defence Scientist at Defence Research and Development Canada since December 2020. Previously, Luke served as Lead Prototype Engineer at NovaResp Technologies Inc, where innovative methods were employed to enhance medical device prototypes. Academic experiences include a Research Assistant position at McGill University, focusing on spin-transfer effects in magnetic nanowires, as well as roles as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at McGill and E-One Moli Energy, respectively. Luke began academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physics from Dalhousie University, followed by a Master of Science in Physics from McGill University.
