Steven Horn

Steven Horn is a Senior Defence Scientist at Defence Research and Development Canada, serving since October 2006, and holds the position of Director of Data Science under the Assistant Deputy Minister (Data, Innovation, Analytics). Previously, Steven Horn worked as the Director of Data Science at the Department of National Defence from May 2021 to April 2022, also under the ADM(Data, Innovation, Analytics). From January 2011 to December 2014, Steven Horn was a Scientist in the Research Department at the Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation, focusing on multi-sensor fusion and tracking. Steven Horn obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics from The University of Lethbridge, completing studies in 2006.
