Tomasz O.

Tomasz O. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Tomasz began their career at Mortgage & Re-Mortgage Advisory Service as a Telemarketing Manager in 2003. Tomasz then moved on to WAGAS S.A. in 2004, where they served as General Manager, specializing in creating and servicing large-scale insurance programs. In 2012, Tomasz became the General Manager at Serwis Reasekuracyjny Sp. z o.o., an Insurance Broker, and held this position until 2016. Most recently, they worked at DEFEND INSURANCE GROUP as the Head CEE Sales and Marketing, where their responsibilities included building a network and developing new insurance products.

Tomasz O. has a diverse education history. Tomasz started their education journey in 1998 at Kielce University of Technology, where they pursued a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Zarządzanie i Marketing, specializing in Zarządzanie Firmą. Tomasz completed this degree in 2002.

Following this, Tomasz attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2004 and attained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Finanse i Bankowość.

In 2017, Tomasz enrolled at Kozminski University, where they completed postgraduate studies in Business psychology for managers in 2018.

In 2019, they joined Kozminski University again, this time for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in MBA Executive. Tomasz successfully completed this degree in 2021.

Tomazs O. continues to enhance their skills by pursuing a Business Coach certification from Kozminski University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.

Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained a certification in Shane Snow on Storytelling from LinkedIn.
